Sushiro, Japan’s largest kaiten sushi chain has recently launched seasonal sushi items bound to delight Singaporean gourmands! These dishes are portioned in a larger size for greater satisfaction and offered concurrently across Sushiro Japan’s outlets. Available for a limited time only, the five items are as follows:

Thick Slice Albacore Fatty Tuna (大切りびん長大とろ)S$3.20++:

Brimming with protein, omega-3 fatty acid and selenium, the well-marbled tuna is draped over a mound of rice.

2 pieces Red Shrimp (ダブル赤えび)S$2.20++: 

Sweet and juicy, two large and irresistible shrimps rest atop the vinegared rice.

Big Squid Tempura (どでかいか天にぎり)S$2.20++:

The Biq Squid Tempura features fresh squid coated in batter then deep-fried to golden-brown perfection.

Smoked Bonito (炭焼き鰹たたき)S$2.20++:

A summer favourite, the skipjack tuna boasts protein and iron. Through the smoking process, the tuna achieves a subtle salty note.

Swordfish (メカジキ)S$2.20++:

Back by popular demand, the white-fleshed fish has a mild taste, and is loaded with vitamin B12, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids.
