Excite your taste buds with the traditional flavors of Christmas but with a Peranakan twist, in dishes such as Honey Baked Ham with Pineapple ‘Mala Style’, Roasted Turkey Breast with Cranberry Sauce and Turkey Jus, Honey Glazed Bone-in Champagne Ham with Port Wine Sauce, Roasted Tom Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Turkey Jus, Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi Pongteh, Nyonya Chap Chye, Thai Red Curry Duck, Beef Rendang, and Slipper Lobster in Black Bean Sauce
