Looking to try out new cocktail flavours? If you’re feeling a little adventurous, walk on over to popular cocktail bar Bitters & Love. This December, they celebrated their 7th anniversary by introducing a new cocktail menu and concept that pays homage to the root of their name, Bitters.
Bitters is traditionally an alcoholic preparation flavored with botanical matter so that the end result is characterized by a bitter, sour, or bittersweet flavor. Bitters are typically used for flavouring cocktails in drops or dashes—which is what Bitters & Love’s new cocktail menu is all about! The line of homemade bitters draw inspiration from our food heritage, with local flavours such as Bak Kut Teh Bitters, Satay Peanut Bitters, and Rojak Ginger Flower Bitters to take your tastebuds on a local adventure.
To complement these creative drinks, Bitters & Love has also launched a new food menu; fish tacos, tuna tartare with nachos, freshly made bangers and mash, while also still serving your all-time-favourites; wagyu beef cubes, prawn pasta, and triple cooked handcut chips, among others.
Located in a beautiful shophouse in downtown CBD, on Telok Ayer Street, it’s the perfect place to wind down and have a drink after a long day at the office. It’s casual chic ambiance and convivial service exudes a welcoming warmth—perfect to sit back, relax and catch up with some friends over delicious cocktails.
