Things are stirring up (literally) at Singapore’s favorite rooftop bar! Let 2020 take you on a culinary adventure at CÉ LA VI’s Sky High Gourmet Fiesta. Following the success of the first edition, dynamic duo CÉ LA VI and San Pellegrino teamed up once again to bring you an exclusive gourmet experience, showcasing the works of five innovative and most celebrated local chefs like never before. 

Sky High Gourmet Fiesta

Take in Singapore’s beautiful skyline and indulge in a variety of creative dishes that embody distinct characteristics of the chefs, at $20 per dish. Presenting his to-notch chargrilled cuts is Chef Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends, while Chef Kurt Sombrero from MeathSmith will smoke things up with authentic Southern American-style smoked plates. Bao Boy and Butcher Boy’s Chef Andrew Walsh will also be presenting you his creative take on Asian cuisine with a variety of baos and steamed buns. Have a taste of Spanish flavor with Spanish tapas from Chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina. Last but not least, Salted & Hung’s Chef Drew Nocente will showcase contemporary Australian dishes, with a strong focus on curing and grilling. 


For this Sunday affair, guests who arrive around 12 pm to 4 pm, as well as guests that have RSVP can enjoy complimentary entry to this fiesta.
