As for the impeccably scrumptious Lobsters, two highly recommended cooking styles from JUMBO Seafood are Braised in Superior Broth, which really brings out the flavor of fresh, live seafood and is braised in superior sweet stock, and Braised with Glass Vermicelli ‘Sha Cha’ Sauce in Claypot.
