All aboard the train to BreadTalk’s Christmas Town! From 11 November to 25 December, experience the wonderful world of BreadTalk’s Christmas Town, filled with sweet treats and indulgent confectionary that exudes the Christmas spirit.
First stop, the Cake valley. To your left, you’ll find the Nutty Valrhona Log, a chocolate chiffon cake rolled between layers of 55% chocolate mousse and pistachio cheese mousse infused with candied orange. Look closely and you’ll see that it’s topped with a little gingerbread cottage.
To your right, you’ll see the Rosy Berry Snow Log. A great option for those looking for chocolate alternatives, this creamy Hokkaido snow white roll is filled with a vibrant red sponge cake, raspberry mouse and a layer of a raspberry rose coulis at the base. Berry merry delicious!
Entering the village of Seasonal Cakes, watch the snowfall with BreadTalk’s innovative Berry Bubble cake. Resembling a snow globe, this treat is filled with fluffy vanilla chiffon, strawberry Chantily cheese cream, strawberry jam and white chocolate Crispearls.
For the chocolate lovers, spot our forest cake Santa’s Cottage, back by popular demand. Is it a tree stump ahead? Is it cake? It’s Stumped On Chocolate, a 64% Valrhona chocolate cake that looks like a tree stump.
Up ahead, the Bread carnival. Hop a ride on the Merry-Go-Round, a bun of 3 intertwining doughs—soft French, pink soft euro, and spinach natural yeast filled with cranberry cream cheese. Look! It’s Santa with his Jolly Candy Cone, a pink dragon fruit dough bun with snow powder. Play around the Nutty Ring-A-Ding, a combination of crunchy walnuts, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds baked atop a soft brioche ring dough. Munch, munch, munch on the Chicky Yule Crust—with pizza-like bread, smoked chicken breast, and cheddar cheese on broccoli, it’s like a Christmas pizza!
Bounce around the soft fluffy Donut park and take a bite of their yummy donuts, including; Chocolate Indulgence, Christmas Tree, Kit Kat Snowy, Strawberry Love, Rainbow Fantasy and O’Coffee.
Last stop, Cookie’s place. Handmade with love, these gingerbread cookies are made to spread some warmth this Christmas.
