The degustation menu is modified daily and is prepared with the chef’s daily sauces, fresh catches and butcher’s cuts to keep a product-driven cuisine approach. No matter the time of the year, their food can be customized to accomodate any dietary request – just ask the team.

Love the enviroment at Solo Ristorante which give a fine dining experience yet filled with love by the restaurant team! Very detailed in the explanation of each dish and will be a perfect place to head over after a long day of work.

TORTELLONI AI GAMBERI    -   $30

This Homemade King Prawn Tortelloni Pasta is hand make by the chef with some Lemon, Prawn Bisque and Tomato Confit. The sauce is so flavourful making it a must to try!

MAIALE ARROSTO    -    $33

Next up will be the Grilled Pork Belly with Cabbage, Carrot, Spicy Apple Chutney and drizzle it with Bread Sauce. They have managed to get the sweetness to the right amount with the fruits to add more dimension to your taste buds.
