Paradise Classic’s revamped menu will include a number of prawn broth signatures. Not only that, but the menu includes a number of popular local dishes. The mouthwatering dishes, which are reasonably priced, cater to a wide range of palates and are ideal for the whole family to enjoy.
The restaurant’s four signature main courses are made with its own homemade prawn broth, which calls for fresh prawns and a variety of spices. The broth must be cooked for six hours to extract all of the natural goodness of the ingredients. Enjoy the Braised Prawn Broth Hor Fun with Big Prawn (regularly $13.90). The rice noodles are tossed in the moreish broth with prawns, pork slices, and seasonal vegetables. This dish is rich in wok hei and comes with a silky egg. The Stewed Prawn Broth Bee Hoon with Big Prawn (Regular $13.90) is a hearty take on the Braised Prawn Broth Hor Fun with Big Prawn. Rice vermicelli is soaked in a rich and flavorful broth before being served with seafood and scrambled fried eggs.
The Crisp-fried Shrimp Paste Chicken ($15.90 per portion) is a timeless classic that both adults and children will enjoy. The prawn paste is specially imported from Malaysia, and its pungent aroma is much stronger than in other restaurants. Each chicken is dipped in a homemade batter before being deep-fried until golden brown and crispy! Looking for a lighter chicken dish? Steamed Kampong Chicken in Scallion Oil ($19.90 for half; $38.90 for whole chicken) is a good choice. The scallion oil adds a subtle sweetness to the chicken, making it fork tender and juicy.
Paradise Classic’s menu will be available across its two outlets at Marina Bay Link Mall, and Resorts World Sentosa.
