Muroran Yakitori ($3.90++)
Originated 80 years ago in Hokkaido, this famous dish may remind you of the Japanese version of a satay. Although Yakitori refers to ‘grilled chicken skewer’, the savoury Muroran Yakitori is a grilled pork and onion skewer best enjoyed with some mustard.
Melty 7 Kinds of Tsukune ($28.90++)
Did you know that Hokkaido is the birthplace of Yakitori (Skewers)? So what better place to try all the skewers in the menu than at Amazing Hokkaido? Their range of tsukunes, topped with mentai mayo, fondue cheese and wasabi are a kicker that melts in your mouth.
Hokkaido Wagyu Steak ($23.90++)
Catch some fire-bending actions when your Hokkaido Wagyu Steaks arrive on the table (very instagrammable, don’t worry). The soft and melty steak meat is set ablaze on a lava stone plate, adding a hitn of smokiness and caramelization to the dish.

Seafood lovers, meet your stairway to heaven! Eat your way up to paradise with platters of sashimi favorites, such as the tuna akami, fatty tuna, scallop, sweet shrimp and sea urchin.
