This year, the Culture Cartel, the all-encompassing street culture convention of Asia, will go digital with a free-for-all virtual event via https:/digital.culturecartel.com/ from 1 pm to 12 midnight (SG Time) on 5 December 2020. Backed since its inception by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), the one-day event will be made accessible to a global audience and will bring together the best lifestyle brands and subcultures, further cementing Singapore as a regional hub for street culture.
For the first time, the highly-anticipated festival, which attracts over 18,000 visitors annually from all over the country, is a truly virtual interface experience that enables users to explore the Culture Cartel, an urban area bordered by immersive stalls with exclusive experiences, online streetwear favorites, innovative master classes and a spectacular list of music craftsmen.
“When we view the impact of COVID-19, even making an experience that fills our worlds with elegance, possibilities and fatigue became more important to us than ever. Culture Cartel 2020 will take users on a journey to a new world reimagined by linking individuals, brands and locations to continue to do what we do best: to make street culture’s history, present and future available to everyone,’ said Jeremy Tan, Culture Cartel Convention Director.
Users can also look forward to the much-anticipated Raffle Draw where they stand a chance to win over 500 prizes including limited-edition drops and bundles, exclusive collaboration merchandise, shopping vouchers and more, courtesy of CHAMBER (by Limited Edt). Culture Cartel 2020 raffle tickets, priced at S$2.00 each, are on sale via Klook website (https://www.klook.com/en-US/activity/49943-culture-cartel-digital-2020-raffle-ticket/).
