Countdown to the New Year at Singapore’s most iconic rooftop destination, with a variety of celebratory experiences across the entire venue. Indulge in specially curated culinary offerings at the Restaurant, dance to live music at the SkyBar, and a high energy themed party at the Club Lounge. Prepare your cameras, because when the clock strikes midnight, you’ll be getting the best, most astounding view of the sensational fireworks display overlooking the Singapore skyline.
SkyBar
Start of by grooving to the feel-good vibes as CÉ LA VI’s DJ spins the dancefloor while the sun sets over a picturesque view of the bay area. At 10pm, watch as the entertainment transitions to a live percussionist performance, filling the night air with rhythmic beats. At the stroke of midnight, gather your loved ones and toast to the New Year as the most incredible fireworks light up the night sky, ringing the start of 2020. Entry is available at $98 from 6pm – 1 am, with a glass of champagne included.
Restaurant
Prepare your tummies for an elegant seven-course dinner curated with indulgent flavours and ingredients in every dish. Begin the dinner with Tuna & Caviar with hijiki, creamy avocado mousse and crispy matcha rice. Continue with Foie Gras Crostini, it’s rich texture balanced by a refreshing lychee-ginger granite, and Black Truffle Glazed Octopus accompanied with potato salad, sesame, black truffle and soy sauce for a savory burst of umami flavor. As for mains, seafood lovers can relish in the Maine Lobster drizzled in salted egg yolk, coconut cream, preserved lemon, sprinkled with cereal crumble and if you’re more of a meat lover, enjoy the not-to-be-missed Mayura Beef Full Blood Wagyu Striploin served with celeriac coulis, Cambodian Kampot pepper, finished with red wine glaze. End the meal with Ginger Flower and Bubby Resolution, champagne with fresh forest fruits.
To spice up the night and make it extra memorable, dinner will be accompanied with a stunning performance from talented dancers. The special menu for the first seating (5.30 pm – 8.30 pm) is available at $298++ and at $398++ for the second seating (9pm – 12 am).
Club Lounge
The ultimate countdown party begins at CÉ LA VI’s VEGAS NIGHTS New Year’s Party.
