A Toast for Two awaits you at CÉ LA VI this holiday season, with two specially curated lunch and dinner set menu inspired by the contemporary Asian cuisine. With their ravishing dishes, luxurious vibes and a gorgeous bird’s eye view of Singapore, feasting at CÉ LA VI has always been a pleasure for us—which is why we’re excited to taste their new festive meals that are sure not to disappoint!

Mouth-watering Lunch Set Menu

Guests can choose from a two-course set menu at $68++, or a three-course set menu at $78++. We recommend pairing the meal with Master Sommelier Benjamin Hasko’s expertly selected wine pairings at $88++ for the two-course menu, and $98++ for the three-course set menu. To begin the meal, guests are given the choice of a Spiced Parsnip and Turmeric Veloute with waterchest and kaffir lime oil dressing, the King Salmon Jicama Roll with spicy jalapeno coulis, yuzu kosho and toasted buckwheat for added crunch, or the Wagyu Beef Tartare complete with youtiao, black been aioli and pickled onions for that little added perfection.

We’re going for the mouthwatering meats for the main course. Guests are given the selection of Grilled Iberico Pork Pluma with charred green beans and pomelo, the premium Mayura Beef Full Blood Wagyu Striploin served celerial coulis and Cambodian Kampot pepper. Alternatively, if you’re a seafood lover, opt for the Steamed Garoupa, Ginger & Leek Gremolata served with crushed new potatoes and Taiwanese peppers. Top it all off with sweet delights like the Pink Guava Cheesecake with lychee and raspberry streusel, topped with crème Fraiche sorbet or, La Dolce Vita, a chocolate sponge cake with soft lime caramel, banana cremeux and caramel ice cream.

Extravagant Dinner Set Menu

If you’re feeling a little extravagant tonight, indulge in the luxurious six-course Dinner Set Menu for $178++. The meal starts off with the Wagyu Beef Tartare, before moving on to the Spiced Parsnip & Turmeric Veloute, and the Steamed Garoupa, Ginger & Leek Gremalota. As for the mains, choose either the Grilled Iberico Pork Pluma or, for an additional $18, the Mayura Beef Full Blood Wagyu Striploin. To cleanse the palate, they will be serving you a refreshing Coconut Snow. As for the cherry on top desert, a lovely Pink Guava Cheesecake or a dashing La Dolce Vita.
